A retainer reserves monthly review capacity and includes expedited turnaround at no additional charge. Capacity covers proposals and Invitations to Bid alike — an ITB is the lighter review, so any two proposal reviews may be exchanged for three ITB reviews.

Retainers bill monthly and may be cancelled before the next billing date. Two proposal reviews may be exchanged for three ITB reviews; mixed months are allowed. Each included review covers a submission up to 60 pages and 3 volumes; larger submissions are billed at the difference to the applicable tier. Reviews beyond the monthly count are billed at standard rates. Enterprise submissions are quoted separately. Current subscribers manage billing and cancellation in the customer portal.
