Retainers bill monthly and may be cancelled before the next billing date. Two proposal reviews may be exchanged for three ITB reviews; mixed months are allowed. Each included review covers a submission up to 60 pages; larger submissions are billed at the difference to the applicable tier. Reviews beyond the monthly count are billed at standard rates. Extra Large submissions are quoted separately. Current subscribers manage billing and cancellation in the customer portal.
